Wash Away Your Shame with the Rain of "FUNK-A-LA!" Rare Funky Gems 1964-1976

NOTE: Revised Edition!

Awesome funky tunes! Favs? Too many. How about all 16 tracks? Okay, the biggest favs are Sir Joe Quarterman & Free Soul's The Way They Do My Life, The Edwards Generation's Smokin' Tidbits, and Mongo Santamaria's Yesterday's Tomorrow. Oh, can't forget one of my all-time favorite funky band, The Nite-Liters' Snap Your Twig. They're all good. Enjoy!

  3. George... You should send your newer link over to Butterboy so he can update it there for others (it's the only #24 link currently broken). On the plus side... that little difficulty led me to discover your blog here... so I'm very happy about that! I'll be perusing it lots!!
